Awakening isn’t a single moment. It’s a continuous unfolding. A series of small recognitions, subtle shifts, and quiet truths that reveal themselves as you move through your life.
For me, awakening in real time means.
- Being aware of what’s actually happening. Not the story I wish I was telling.
- Letting my lived experience be my teacher, even when it’s messy.
- Honoring the wisdom in my body, not just my mind.
- Allowing transformation to be slow, nonlinear, and deeply human.
- Choosing truth over performance, even when it’s uncomfortable.
- This space exists because awakening doesn’t wait for perfect timing. It happens in the middle of motherhood, heartbreak, healing, work, exhaustion, joy, and everything in between. It happens in real time, and so do I.
